Sometimes people develop anxiety disorder for irrational or unknown reason which can affect severely in normal activities of their routine life.   • Some national groups can help you to get rid of anxiety disorder. You can consult with them and take their advice and support and follow their suggestions.
  • You can also go through leaflets, books, tapes, videos on relaxation and stress reducing techniques. By following their techniques you might be able to control and release your symptoms.
  • Collect information about physical and mental relaxation methods and meditation techniques from book stores and health food shops and employ their method.
